We'll discuss what comes to mind for you each session in the context of your overall goals. We'll get to the bottom of what's making you feel this way, and work through potential solutions. We might pause for a moment of reflection, breathing exercises, or visualization. At the end of the day, we'll walk towards healing together.

An opportunity to release some stress, relieve some tension, take some deep breaths while we go on a walk together. We're in this together, so we walk side by side (rather than sitting face to face). We engage in the same therapy process as we would in the office or via teletherapy, but It can be just a little less intimidating to walk through it together.

In addition to all of the chemical benefits of exercise, you get a chance to practice mindfulness and some extra vitamin D.
